Martin Harte

Martin has established, managed and grown the Temple Bar Company into an organisation with a global reach. As CEO, he showcases the tourist experience of Dublin, liaises with members and stakeholders, and ensures Temple Bar is safe, accessible and fun for all who live, work and visit the area.
COO
Claudine Murray

Claudine brings over 20 years’ experience in marketing and event management to the Temple Bar Company. Her primary focus is on activating public spaces in the area, with pop-up events like Temple Bar Summer Nights, while also spearheading TradFest, Ireland’s largest trad and folk festival.

Noel Dempsey

Noel Dempsey is a former Irish Fianna Fáil politician. Noel has served as Chairman of The Temple Bar Company since 2014.
Community & Office Administrator
Medana Socaciu

Medana manages the Temple Bar Company office admin, accounts and the clean team. She is an accomplished retail management professional with a strategic skillset of super organisation and team leadership. Medana is also responsible for TradFest ticket sale support and customer service. She maintains communication and support for Temple Bar Members, stakeholders and TradFest visitors, both international and domestic.
Market Manager
Raul Canedo Aceituno

Raul is responsible for the management of the Temple Bar Clean Team. Raul works closely with Medana in area cleaning plans and along with his team, offer on-call service to Temple Bar Members via a dedicated WhatsApp group.
Cultural Curator
Heather Lawrie

Coming from a performance background herself, Heather keeps her finger on the pulse of the Irish music scene, always trying to find new and upcoming artists to platform as part of Temple Bar Company events. Bringing people together through music, Heather also assists in the programming of TradFest, including the Smithwick Sessions in Temple Bar.
Cleaning Manager
Ruben Garcia Ruano

Ruben is responsible for the management of the Temple Bar Markets. Ruben and his team facilitate the set up, removal and security of both the Temple Bar Square Craft Market and the Meeting House Square Food Market.
Market Consultant
Niamh Murray

Working closely with Dublin City Council, Niamh works with the Temple Bar Company to curate dynamic city market environments where artists, crafters, and food vendors can trade and thrive - giving locals and visitors alike a place to shop, explore and celebrate local talent.
Digital Marketing
Michaela Courtney

Michaela is a marketing strategist and social media manager for the Love Temple Bar digital channels. Her focus is to showcase the value of the Temple Bar area, its businesses, stories, history, events and people. Michaela and her team create authentic, organic content with and for the Temple Bar community. She also leads the digital marketing, content creation and social media management for TradFest.
